CloudKey Virtual — Prototype 0.1

Debian simulation. This release validates the public installer and AVUA First Boot flow. It does not include UniFi OS or any UniFi application.

Requirements

Proxmox VE with root shell access.
An active VM-image storage with at least 16 GiB available.
A Linux bridge with DHCP connectivity.
Outbound HTTPS access to avua.aeizoon.com.

Default resources

2 vCPU, 2 GiB RAM, 16 GiB system disk, one VirtIO management NIC, QEMU Guest Agent, and DHCP.

Security and integrity

The installer downloads the public manifest and QCOW2, validates size and SHA-256, and runs qemu-img check before creating a VM. A mismatch aborts before VM creation.

Identity

Proxmox generates a unique MAC address. The installer supplies a unique SMBIOS UUID and deployment-role metadata. The guest has no fixed IP, OAuth token, SSO state, or personal data and generates a new appliance UUID and TLS certificate during first boot.

First Boot

After QGA reports the DHCP address, open the HTTPS URL printed by the installer. The six-step wizard discovers hardware and records prototype initialization. The expected final state is Ready for UniFi Provisioning.

Prototype limitation

Initialization stops before UniFi provisioning. CKV, UCGV, UDMV, and the future Universal Golden Master are outside this prototype gate.
